PhD student

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Tabriz University of Technology (Sahand and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on optoelectronics and semiconductor devices from Tarbiat Modares University. During my master’s research, I specialized in the simulation of surface plasmons at the graphene/GaAs interface, with an emphasis on understanding light-matter interactions in nanoscale platforms.

Currently, I study the interaction of hydrogen with metallic systems, combining Density Functional Theory, electrochemical methods, and materials characterization to investigate hydrogen solubility, diffusion, and transport in metals such as iron and copper. My work bridges electrical engineering and materials science, aiming to advance hydrogen-related technologies for energy storage and clean-energy applications.
